Reminder to Enter the TWA Carcass Competion

A reminder to register for the Texas Wagyu Association’s (“TWA’s”) 1st Annual Wagyu Steer Carcass Competition to be held April 2019!

The TWA will be accepting steer registrations until June 22nd for entrants into the 2019 TWA carcass competition. This gives contestants 30 days to collect & submit DNA to the AWA and 30 days for the association to parent verify and complete the registration process. Contestants can register steers into the competition that are in the process of registration by submitting all information and entering “in process” for the steers registration number. This allows the TWA to know how many potential carcass’ will be available to sale so that we may begin soliciting to potential buyers for the auction post competition. As a reminder all sale proceeds go directly to the contestant. you can submit animals for the competition on the TWA website under the membership tab, you must log on in order to fill out the submittal form. Upon completion of the form you can pay entry fees by credit card, debit card or paypal.
