March 9th Wagyu Show At The Houston Livestock Show And Rodeo
The 2016 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is just around the corner, scheduled for March 1 – 20. The HLSR Wagyu cattle show is scheduled for Wednesday, March 9th starting at 8:00 a.m. in the NRG Center – Main Arena (West Side). We are already past the original January 5th deadline for animal entries for the Wagyu show, but animals can still be entered by paying a small late entry fee. The absolute deadline for exhibitor animal entry for the show is February 9th.
Cattle being shown must be “moved in” the morning of Sunday, March 6th, and must be checked in by 5:00 p.m. The Wagyu cattle ultrasound is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. on Monday, March 7th, two days prior to the show.
