The Texas wagyu association is pleased to host the 1^st annual wagyu carcasses auction. Wagyu carcasses auctioned will have competed in the 2019 TWA carcass competition. All carcasses are registered with the American wagyu association & will be graded by utilizing a Japanese carcass camera. All carcasses are direct from the rancher and processed at a USDA facility. Proceeds from the auction go directly to the rancher.

The TWA invites you to be apart of this historic event. We will be serving wagyu & cocktails before the auction begins. You’ll have the opportunity to visit with wagyu producers, view pedigrees and background of each carcass being auctioned. Walk the grounds & view live wagyu cattle.
