Congratulations are in order to Desi Cicale of Red Bull Cattle Co., Pensacola, FL, for her impressive wins at the 2014 Houston Livestock Show. Not only named Grand Champion Red Bull, her JC Rueshaw 75 took top honors for marbling.
His scan of 9.48 on 3/11/14 was unprecedented in the showʼs history. It showed an exceptional level of marbling for a bull at 14 months of age and landed him in Avg. Prime territory. The only other Wagyu to scan above 9 was Reserve Champion Senior Heifer, JC Ms Sanjirou 64, alsoowned by Ms. Cicale. These results are a testimony to Ms. Cicaleʼs expert care and feeding plus the unequalled ability of this breed to produce the worldʼs highest quality beef.
