2018 General Meeting of Members & The 9th Annual “Steaks Are High” Wagyu Sale In Salado, Texas

2018 General Meeting Of Members & The 9th Annual “Steaks Are High” Wagyu Sale In Salado, Texas

The 2018 Annual General Meeting & 9th Annual Steaks Are High Wagyu sale is around the corner!  Make plans to attend this outstanding annual event, which has become a “not to be missed” Wagyu producer social and networking event in conjunction with the longest-running Wagyu sale in the United States.  This is an opportunity to mingle and network with top Wagyiu producers from around the United States and particularly from Texas, to receive an update on the past year’s TWA events and activities, and for TWA members, to participate in electing three new TWA board members as well as participate as a member in the future direction of the TWA.

This year’s event is shaping up to be the largest and best ever!  Viewing of the live animal sale online, as well as online worldwide bidding will be available at:  http://www.superiorclicktobid.com/servlet/Search2.do?auctionId=1949

This year the non-live animal sale items (donor cow flushes and frozen genetics) will be sold via a separate online sale that will commence on 4/14/2018 and begin closing at 6:00 P.M. on 4/20/2018, the day prior to the live animal sale.  To register for and bid on items in the separate “frozen genetics” online sale, go to:  https://e.gesture.com/events/7BR/

The sale catalog for the 9th Annual “Steaks Are High” Wagyu sale can be viewed and downloaded at this link:  TWA 9th annual Steaks Are High Sale – 2018 sale catalog

This year we have three directors rotating off of the TWA board of directors.  So be thinking about “throwing your hat in the ring” to run for election to the  TWA board of directors or nominating another TWA member that you believe would be both willing and able to contribute to helping the TWA execute its mission of promoting the Wagyu breed.

And we need donations of items for the annual “Cowboy Social” fun auction, held during dinner following the TWA Annual Meeting Of Members, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the TWA! Contact TWA director Jeri Tulley via email at JTulley@CentralTexasWagyuBeef.com with donations for this important benefit auction.
