The sale catalog for the upcoming 7th Annual “Steaks Are High” sale to be held at Tenroc Ranch in Salado, Texas on April 23, 2016 is now available! This is the NOT TO BE MISSED Wagyu sale event in the United states; the largest and longest-running Wagyu sale in the United States. The event, which follows the Texas Wagyu Association annual general meeting the prior day is a great way to see and purchase fantastic Wagyu cattle as well as Wagyu genetic packages, and is a great way to meet Texas Wagyu Association members involved in breeding and raising Wagyu in Texas.
