Instructions and forms for entering consignments to the April 21st 9th annual “Steaks Are High” Wagyu sale to be held in Salado, Texas, in conjunction with the annual general meeting of the Texas Wagyu Association on April 20th and 21st have been published and mailed to TWA members by Schacher Auction Service, the auctioneer. It is important to note that there are meaningful changes to the rules for entering consignments this year.
