TWA Annual General Meeting And 7th Annual “Steaks Are High” Wagyu Sale Scheduled for 4/22/2016 and 4/23/2016, Respectively
The Texas Wagyu Association (“TWA”) has today published the schedule and agenda for the 2016 TWA Annual General Meeting and the 7th Annual “Steaks Are High” producer Wagyu sale. The annual general meeting is scheduled for Friday, April 22, 2016, followed by the Steaks Are High sale the following day on Saturday, April 23, 2016. This is “must attend” event for any Wagyu producer located in or close to Texas. With Texas being the largest Wagyu-producing state in the U.S., this is a great 2-day event for meeting and socializing with producers. Top Wagyu seed stock genetics will be on display for the Saturday sale. And for those interested in purchasing high quality Wagyu seed stock, the Steaks Are High annual sale is the longest-running Wagyu sale in the United States, and is a source for great Wagyu genetics from top producers. The sale catalog will be available approximately two weeks before the sale and will posted here in the news section of the TWA website in downloadable PDF file format.
